Kingwood Rotary Helps Feed 12,500 As $2,000 Sponsor To "Operation Turkey-Houston"

We're so proud that Kingwood Rotary partnered with Operation Turkey-Houston as a $2,000 sponsor to help provide 12,500+ Thanksgiving meals to individuals in need!  Kingwood Rotary delivered 300 meals for veterans, senior citizens, local first responders, local immigrant center for teenagers, the Homeless Camp in Porter/New Caney and those in need.

 

On Thanksgiving morning, our members started volunteering a 6 AM to pack thousands of meals.  Our members delivered 300 meals by lunchtime.
