Throughout the year, Kingwood Rotarians help the Blue Star Moms of Houston (which is based in the Humble/Kingwood area) by purchasing non-perishable to fill boxes of "Care Packages From Home" for our local military service members in combat zones in harm's way
Four times each year we help fill and pack the care boxes which are shipped immediately overseas.
Their November 2023 Care Packages Project will be on Tuesday, November 28th, and we're doing our shopping to fill up our SUVs and delivering the goodies on Monday, November 27th and sorting all the items.  If you would like to donate, please drop them off at our Kingwood Rotary Club meeting on Monday, November 20th at The Union Kitchen.  Contact Charlie Buscemi at 713-598-7129 with any questions.
